We started in 2010 as real estate developers in Pune, when the emerging suburb of Kharadi was discovering its real value in Pune’s real estate. The area was already blessed with renowned Information Technology Institutions such as – EON IT Park and more. Presence of these added more value to the area and also upscaled the demand of residential projects in Pune and commercial projects in Pune.
Our timing to tap into the market happened at a perfect timing. Back then, under the name of Mahalaxmi Group we initiated residential and commercial projects which till date have stood as epitome of peace for all its users. Since then, we have successfully completed five projects of which three are commercial – Meridian (Kharadi), Aaugusta (Kharadi), Mio Plazzo (Kharadi) and two are residential projects – Abhimaan Homes (Shirgaon), Zen Estate (Kharadi).
